These terms apply when you use whenpigsflygoods.com or buy from When Pigs Fly Goods (“WPFG,” “we,” “us”), a business based in Washington state. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll confirm it by email. We may cancel an order (and give you a full refund) if an item is unavailable, there’s an error in price or description, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are added at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.

Product colors and details

We do our best to show our goods accurately, but colors can look a little different from screen to screen, and slight variations in design placement are normal. Product photos may show items styled with things that aren’t included.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered on our shipping page, and returns and refunds on our returns & refunds page. Both are part of these terms.

Our designs

All designs, graphics, text, photos and branding on this site belong to When Pigs Fly Goods or are used with permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design. Please don’t use our content without asking first.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to hack, scrape, overload, or interfere with it, and no using it for anything illegal. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Reviews, messages and submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, photos or reviews, you allow us to use them to run and promote the shop (we’ll always ask before sharing your photos publicly).

Links to other sites

Our site may link to other sites, like social media. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site and our goods are provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we don’t make warranties beyond those described in our returns policy and those that can’t be excluded under law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, WPFG isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
