Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days, then take about 3–7 business days to arrive. All the details are on our shipping page.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder, or ask us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering at mail@whenpigsflygoods.com and we’ll do our best. After that, it may already be on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories). If you’re elsewhere, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Sizing & fit
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees and sweatshirts are unisex and run true to size, roughly one size bigger than women’s sizing. Size up for an oversized look. Exact measurements are in our size guide.
Do you have 3X, 4X or 5X?
Yes! Most designs come in larger sizes on request (pricing varies a bit by size). Send us a message with the design and size.
Can I get a design on a different color or product?
Often, yes. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll let you know.
Returns & care
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or a refund. See our returns policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind, so please check the size guide before you order.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and don’t iron directly on the design. Your shirt (and its sass) will last much longer.
How do I apply an iron-on patch?
Preheat the spot on your fabric with the iron. Place the patch, cover it with a thin cloth, and press firmly with a hot iron (no steam) for 30–45 seconds. Flip the garment and press the back too, then let it cool completely. For extra hold on bags and hats, add a few stitches around the edge.

Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! Orders of 6 or more of a design get a discount, and the more you order, the bigger the discount. Great for teams, parties, girls’ trips and group chats. Get in touch to set one up.
