Shipping info

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays). During busy stretches like Spooky Season and the holidays, it can take a few extra days. We’ll always get it out the door as fast as we can.

How long does delivery take?

Once it ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take a little longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what’s in your cart and where it’s going. You’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Ordering more than one thing?

Different items can ship separately, so your order might arrive in more than one package. That’s normal, and you’ll get tracking for each one.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet, but we’d love to. If you’re outside the US and have your heart set on something, drop us a note and we’ll see what we can do.

Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at mail@whenpigsflygoods.com right away. We can usually fix it if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s on its way, we can’t reroute it.

Lost or stuck package?

If your tracking hasn’t moved in a week, or it says delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Still missing? Reach out and we’ll help you sort it out.
